Question Submissions

Payments for question submissions are generally non-refundable once processing has begun. However, we understand that special circumstances may arise.

Refund Requests

If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us at ask@deedr.ai within 7 days of your payment. Include your transaction details and reason for the request.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
